Koye studied law at the University of Buckingham, England, and after successfully obtaining his law degree, moved back home to qualify for the Nigerian Bar. Upon qualification, he gained employment at Banwo & Ighodalo, where, amongst other things, he worked on representing top local and international brands in respect of their Intellectual Property portfolios.
